What's the difference between analog CCTV and IP CCTV?
Analog CCTV uses coaxial cable and records to DVRs with limited resolution. IP CCTV transmits over Ethernet, supports 4K resolution, intelligent video analytics (person/vehicle/intrusion detection), mobile remote access, and cloud or NVR recording. Today every new enterprise installation is IP.
What access control technologies do you install?
Biometric readers (fingerprint, face, palm), proximity cards (RFID/MIFARE), keypads, and mobile apps with digital credentials. We integrate turnstiles, vehicle barriers, and electronic locks. The software supports schedules, role-based access levels, and audit-ready entry/exit logs.
Does fire detection comply with NFPA and NSR-10 standards?
Yes. We design systems with UL/FM-certified addressable panels, smoke, heat, and CO₂ detectors distributed per NFPA 72 and Colombian Resolution 1409 / NSR-10 (seismic-resistant standard). We deliver technical memories, drawings, and certification for city hall and insurance processes.
Can I view my cameras and alarms from my phone?
Yes. Every platform we install (Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, Ubiquiti) ships with an official mobile app. You can view cameras live, play back recordings, receive push alerts for motion or intrusion, and arm/disarm the alarm from anywhere.
Are you compliant with Colombian Law 1581 / 2012 (data privacy) when recording video?
Yes. We advise on mandatory signage, privacy notices, recording retention periods, and data treatment policy. Recorded video containing identifiable people is personal data and must be managed under a declared responsible party and stated purpose.
